We founded this business because employee engagement is what keeps us awake at night. It's a problem we want to devote our lives to.

We both have been culture leaders in our startups and demonstrated that people follow us because of the things we stand for, love at work paired with ambition.

We raised our initial pre-seed round (from some of the best pre seed investors in the game) based on prototypes made in Excel, email and Notion - accelerated learning is one of our core principles.
